# Release on the wrong profile

When your release ends up on the wrong profile we can help you out. Just send a mail to support@melodifydistribution.com with the subject line ‘..Platform.. profile request’. **Be sure to include the (album) reporting code and the platform where your release is on the wrong profile.** For example ‘Apple Music profile request SA03899214’. In the mail format your question this way:
